One of the most important things when hiring a new employee is to make sure you set them up for success. What I mean by that is, you need to make sure they have all the tools necessary to do their job efficiently and effectively. They need to have the right MacBook Pro, the right memory cards, cameras, lenses, accessories, and more.
The last thing you want to do is hinder their ability to do their job. I took Austin up to New York to go on a shopping spree at B&H…and we racked up a fairly large bill. But it’s all stuff he needs to do his job properly.
