I took the Canon R8 out into the Real World to test out it’s Auto Focus on Woman’s Lacross and the Harlem Globetrotters. It’s kind of insane how well it works, how sticky it is, and how tack sharp the action photos are time and time again. It’s not every day you get auto-focus capability of a $6,000 camera in a $1500 one. If you ever use and R3, followed by an R8, you’d have a hard time differentiating one from the other.
